The Editor of The Cutting Edge Report is a veteran trademark lawyer, David L. Ainbender. He is a practicing trademark attorney who has represented major brand owners, and has served as an adjunct Professor of Trademark Law.
A 1984 graduate of Stanford Law School, Mr. Ainbender has extensive and broad trademark law experience, including litigation, clearance, licensing, brand management and enforcement, and registration prosecution.
